WILL I HAVE ENOUGH SPACE?
There is usually enough room to carry out the treatment somewhere, give me a call to discuss if you aren't sure. As long as I have enough space to safely move around, please don't worry about any mess or clutter in your home. I am here to support, not judge.
Do I need anything?
No, everything required for the treatment will be provided.
Can I speak to my massage therapist before they come to my home?
Of course - I am always available for a phone call to familiarise yourself beforehand.
Do I have to take all my clothes off?
No, take off as much as you are comfortable with. We will have already discussed the areas you would like massaging before the treatment.
I've never had a massage before and I'm unsure...
Your comfort is priority #1 throughout the treatment, so I will always make sure you feel at ease. We will discuss your needs and specific treatment beforehand.
The only uncovered part of your body will be the area being worked on. There is no need to feel embarrassed about anything, including normal bodily functions, body hair, making noise or falling asleep.
